Awarded by the end of last November, this project means Aynova's consolidation in the Catalan market.

This is a tower designed by architect Enric Massip-Bosch, which will elevate its 110 meters, distributed in 24 floors in the Forum zone, at the point where the Diagonal Avenue begins.

The office tower is named "00" given its location at the beginning of the Diagonal, in junction with the Taulat street. It will be built in a 4,000 square meter solar of municipal ownership, and will fully occupied by the Telephone operator.

The building has a rhomboid plant, and elevates its floors irregularly, to then normalize them facing the exterior by means of a Crystal skin which is crossed upwards from the bottom by metal bands imitating the branches of an autumn tree.

The tower will be the property of Consorci de la Zona Franca of Barcelona. This body shall invest 70 million Euros in such tower, out of which 45 will be devoted to construction and the rest, to pay the cannon required by the Barcelona City Hall, current owner of the solar.

In having achieved award of this project, we ought to stand out the effort made by our delegate in Barcelona, Mr. Xavier Minguillon and the support received from the Sevilla and Madrid's Department of New Business Development, whose participation has been decisive in having accomplished this new success. This contract has enabled Aynova to gain access to this difficult Catalan market, where 40% of the project management services provided in Spain are currently developed.
