Last January, the corporation Puerto Triana, S.A. awarded Aynova the Contract for Integral Project Management and Work for a Tertiary Service Center at the south of the Cartuja Island in Sevilla.

The Tertiary Service Center will be located in a 42.000 m2 parcel at the south area of the Cartuja Island, on which 68,000 m2 shall be built for the following uses: office areas, hotels, restaurants, commercial and entertainment purposes, and parking lots.

The definite approval of the urban planning shall be produced in November 2004.

The management contract shall cover all the process phases:

• Conceptualization and needs study (currently under development.
• Project.
• Pre-construction.
• Construction.
• Reception
• Guarantee period.
