Aynova will be responsible for the Integrated Project Management for construction of a Técnicas Avanzadas en Medicina [Institute of Advanced Techniques in Medicine] building in the Science and Technology Park Cartuja 93, in Seville. The competitive bidding was called by Sociedad Estatal de Gestión de Activos S.A. (Agesa), as the partnership promoter of the building and the Instituto Cartuja de Técnicas en Medicina (ICTAM) as the user

Aynova will offer development services for the Feasibility Study, the Hiring of the Works, and their Control and Follow up. The building, which will house the Institute of Advanced Techniques in Medicine, will have a floor area of around 14.000 m2, including 3 basement levels. The planned term for its execution is 24 months and a budget of 13 million euro.

Aynova is established as a company specialized in Integrated Project Management Services. Currently the company is fully involved in the construction of the future headquarters of CajaSol, a project developed by the Puerto Triana Society, for whom Aynova develops different services such as a needs assessment program, based on which architects designed the building, and the management of the construction up till its completion and the transfer of the tower.

The building which will house the Institute of Advanced Techniques in Medicine will be, therefore, Aynova’s third construction works in the Isla de la Cartuja island, where it has already carried out the Integrated Project Management of the Auna, World Trade Center and Grupo Ayesa buildings.
