With two recently awarded contracts, Aynova's delegation in Cataluña consolidates its portfolio and diversifies customers in this Community's project management. Up to this date, Aynova's current works in Cataluña are composed of five unique projects:

In the first place, the integrated management of three projects and construction of UTE Escoles I, UTE Escoles II, and UTE Escoles II”. The contracts for writing down the project and construction management sum up to a total amount of 1.127.500 euros

The fourth project, recently awarded, is the joint integrated management of construction works of the Judicial Building in El Vendrell and the construction of the Judicial Building in Manresa. The two building project amounts 532.000 euros and is framed within a plan of the GISA public Society, for the construction of a judicial building in both locations.

These buildings shall offer courtrooms, civil magistrate offices , marriage hall rooms, duty courtroom and deanery, public prosecutor's office, forensic medical examiners, lawyers and a file, among others. The buildings will also have state-of-the-art technologies, such as video-conference equipment that enable judicial processes at a distance and the intervention of different judges at the same time.

The fifth and last project awarded is the integrated management of the project "Tower 00" in Barcelona, that shall be the seat of the telephone operator Telefónica.
