Material Resources

The Group uses an office building, located at the Cartuja Technological Pak in Seville, with 13.200 m2 fully equipped and installations that convert it in a smart building.

In the year 2005 we opened new and larger offices in Barcelona to adapt to our proposal of offering a great engineer in Catalunya.

We also extended our head office in Madrid to 650 m2 in the Juan Bravo 3 Street, with a second office of 600 m2. Both headquarters make us get closer to the decision-making centres of the country and help us improve the quality and level of attention provided to our main customers.

We have also consolidated our presence in Mexico through the outstanding trajectory of Ayesa Mexico, a subsidiary of the Ayesa Group with an office in the city of Querétaro

Ayesa's headquarters and the work site offices in Cordoba, Murcia and Valencia, and in locations where we are developing projects, are above 20.000 m2 of area.

Topographical Means

For the topography works we have 12 complete pieces of equipment: 12 total stations and 12 automatic levels, plus the complementary communication material, radiotelephone, electronic books, etc.

Soil and Concrete Laboratories

We have a fully-fitted soil and concrete laboratory with the capacity for developing site quality control programs. We also hold a Radioactive Installation License, Second Category, issued by the National Security Council (No. 2153) with in-house personnel authorized for the in situ management of our density control equipment by nuclear methods.

Vehicle Float

Our automobile park counts with 110 vehicles, 23 all-terrain vehicles, 29 station wagons and 58 tourers.
