It was organized on November 26, 2003, in the city of Santiago de Querétaro. Its corporate purpose is identical to that of the Spanish parent company, Ayesa. For fulfilling its activities it has full support from Ayesa, both regarding human and technical resources and in terms of experience and references, formalized by means of technical assistance contracts.
