Aynova owns the experience and necessary knowledge to carry out the maintenance management of a customer's estate and real estate assets, after the completion of works or the purchase of an existing building.

To this aim Aynova classifies and evaluates the status of the real estate, its technical maintenance requirements and condition in the short, middle and long terms, from the point of view of its commercial lease and maintenance management, and may manage the arrangements, changes and maintenance required along the building's useful life.
